Hello guys, this is my first blog post!
August 23, 2011 is the 1st anniversary of NAIMINA message and
the day when UVB-76 gained a "fanclub".
So we decided the UVB-76 and number
stations podcast episode 9 will be double episode. First part
will be anniversary episode, second one will be normal - talking
about our logs etc. Tonight we'll go live at 18:30 and start
recording the podcast at 19:00 UTC. It will be streamed over Webweasel's SDR
feed.
A lot has changed during this year! UVB-76 gained a new callsign
- MDZhB - on September 7, 2010, lots of messages were sent (to read
on S28's 2010 and 2011 activity
pages) and our buzzer has changed the tone few times (the current
one is with us since January 11, 2011). It was and is very fun to
investigate all the oddities, despite decreased activity.
If everything will go well the anniversary episode will be
published on August 23!
