Well it has been a busy day for us, interesting happenings on
the buzzer, people being interviewed and xmwhales are just a few of
the things we have been tracking today. However youll have to wait
for all that as we intend to do another podcast very soon to
discuss whats been going on.
As ever we have been working hard behind the scenes of the site
and I have put a lot of time into subtle but important site changes
as we bring more and more online with the database. All the station
pages are getting an overhaul with better formatting, spectrum
images, samples and descriptions. We had not looked at the design
of these pages since intially throwing the site up, so its been
time for a revamp. Swapping station pages to our live database is
on going. The buzzer has been running from the database for a while
now but I finally had a moment to exploit this and put a duplicates page up.
The page will automatically update whenever a duplicate word is
entered into the database! This as well as a lot of minor bug fixes
and enchancements in displaying the content especially for Internet
explorer users have occured in the last few days, so I hope you
find the site a bit easier to use.
Lots of exciting stuff coming up in the next podcast!
